Subscriptions

Recollia Pro is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription. You are charged at the start of each billing cycle through your chosen provider — Google Play (Android) or Razorpay (web). The price is shown clearly before you subscribe.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals:

• Android (Google Play): open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select Recollia, and tap Cancel subscription.
• Web (Razorpay): cancel from the subscription-management link in your billing email, or email us and we will cancel it for you.

After cancelling, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for; it will not renew after that.

Refunds

Recollia Pro gives immediate access to digital content and services. Because of this, payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or by the applicable app-store policy.

• Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies; request these through Google Play.
• Razorpay (web) purchases: if you were charged in error, or believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, email support@recollia.ai within 7 days of the charge with your account details. We review each request in good faith and process approved refunds to the original payment method.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — cancel it separately as above. See our Data Deletion page.
