Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Recollia — a medical exam-preparation application and website operated by Viian Genomics Private Limited ("Recollia", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Recollia, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility (18+)

Recollia is intended for medical graduates and students preparing for the NEET-PG examination. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service. By using Recollia you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. The service

Recollia provides AI-assisted tutoring, MCQ practice, spaced-repetition revision, study planning, and a wellbeing companion, delivered digitally through our mobile app and website. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

3. Not medical advice

Recollia is an educational tool. Its content, including AI-generated answers, is for exam preparation and learning only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement, diagnosis, or treatment. Never rely on Recollia for patient care. The wellbeing Companion is a supportive tool, not a crisis service or a replacement for professional mental-health care; if you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or a helpline such as Tele-MANAS (14416).

4. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Do not share your account or use another person's account.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Recollia Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly through Google Play (Android) or Razorpay (web), which auto-renews until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute Recollia content;
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content you have no right to share.

7. Intellectual property

Recollia and its content, features, and branding are owned by Viian Genomics Private Limited and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own study. You retain rights to content you create; you grant us a licence to process it to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recollia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for reliance on educational content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding month. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Recollia and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
