Recollia sells a digital subscription (Recollia Pro). There are no physical goods and therefore no physical shipping.
Access to Recollia Pro features is delivered electronically and immediately upon a successful subscription payment, within your Recollia mobile app and website account. If your access is not activated shortly after payment, contact support@recollia.ai and we will resolve it promptly.
Access continues for the paid subscription period and renews automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
